Scaling a Digital Growth Engine
Scaling Nordic Finance’s digital growth engine to 8.2 MSEK in revenue, 146% YoY growth, and 100+ qualified leads per month

problem
Nordic Finance serves B2B SME customers financing business-critical investments such as vehicles, machinery, and equipment. Despite a strong financial offering, their digital presence was not supporting growth ambitions. The company struggled with low visibility, weak brand trust, inconsistent messaging, and a low volume of qualified inbound leads, which directly impacted the digital sales team’s ability to hit pipeline and contribution margin targets. The business needed a scalable digital growth engine that could drive qualified demand, strengthen the brand, and support long-term revenue growth.
solution
The final solution was a high-performing, trust-first growth platform built to convert high-intent traffic into qualified leads. Customers were acquired through Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and search, and routed to segment-specific landing pages tailored to their industry and investment needs. Each journey educated visitors about leasing, helped them calculate their potential financing costs, and guided them to apply for leasing through a streamlined form flow that the inside sales team could convert into signed clients.
responsibility
I was hired as a Growth Designer with end-to-end ownership of Nordic Finance’s web and digital growth initiatives. I was responsible for the strategy, design, and delivery of the website, digital communication, and growth experiments across paid acquisition and business development. I worked closely with the digital sales team to turn the website into a high-performing acquisition channel and scalable growth platform.
The project started in 2023 following an RFP for a full website rebuild. I began by analyzing the existing platform to identify structural, performance, and conversion gaps, then led the redesign and implementation in WordPress using Elementor.
Over time, my role evolved into Head of Design & Web, as I became responsible for the full website architecture, Salesforce integrations, custom components such as the leasing calculator, and ongoing growth experimentation.
The work was run in bi-weekly growth sprints together with the CMO, Head of Digital Sales, and a performance marketing and SEO consultant. We reviewed results, set new growth goals, where I shipped new pages and functionality weekly as well as continuously optimizing for conversion, performance, and cross-device experience.

Key Decisions
Rebuild the website as a growth platform
I led a full rebrand and rebuild of the website in WordPress using Elementor, transforming it from a static marketing site into a conversion-focused acquisition platform. The goal was to create a scalable foundation for growth experiments, SEO, and paid acquisition.Shift from intuition to performance-driven optimization
I ran a full analysis of the existing website to identify conversion bottlenecks and growth opportunities. Based on this, I prioritized and optimized the highest-performing pages first, focusing on improving lead capture, clarity, and user trust.Define and focus on high-intent target audiences
I led the definition of Nordic Finance’s core target audiences to align messaging, structure, and acquisition strategy around the segments with the highest commercial potential.Build a long-term visibility engine through SEO
Executed an SEO strategy focused on increasing organic visibility and high-intent traffic, turning search into a sustainable acquisition channel.Increase trust through brand and social proof
Strengthened brand credibility by improving brand communication and activating satisfied customers to generate high-quality 5-star reviews, reinforcing trust across all digital touchpoints.
Results & Impact
Since 2023, the project has grown into a long-term digital growth partnership. As of 2025, Nordic Finance is now generating over 100 qualified leads per month for the third consecutive month, with November becoming a record month for new inbound opportunities in Salesforce.
Organic visibility and brand demand have increased significantly, with search volume up 30% and Google visibility up 186% year-over-year.
From a commercial perspective, Nordic Finance has now surpassed its 2025 revenue target, reaching 8.2 MSEK in revenue against a budget of 8 MSEK — representing 146% growth vs 2024 and 234% growth vs 2023.
The digital growth engine is now a core contributor to the company’s pipeline and revenue performance.
